Principal Trainer, and Consultant
Arleen Wilson, Founder and Principal Trainer of AWE Training School, has over 30 years of experience in Government Contracting which includes Technical, Business, Cost Proposal Development, Contract Administration, Government Procurement, Human Resources, and Business Management. Her Contract Administration background includes Federal, State, and Local Government Price/Business proposal development, contract closeout services, and general business certifications for local state and federal government agencies such as SBA8(a), MDOT, PGCG SDB, and SWAM. Ms. Wilson is also experienced in the development, administration, and management of GSA Schedule contracts as well as other GWAC procurement vehicles.
Ms. Wilson currently provides training services in support of the State of Maryland Procurement and Technical Assistance Center (PTAC). Her background also includes training experience in Federal Government Procurement training for Howard County Community College. She developed course materials and instruction in Cost and Pricing Analysis, The Federal Procurement Process, Technical Proposal Development, and Staffing for Government Contracts.
